About Us
ELISE (Licensee) -
Elise started in the Real Estate industry in 1999 where she worked as a Receptionist in her family’s real estate. She became a Property Manager in 2002 and worked in that role until the business sold in 2007. From there she worked for an inner-city agency specialising in fully furnished and equipped apartments catering to the corporate market until 2013.
In 2014 Elise opened Peak Property Investments and has continued to run a boutique agency focusing mainly on Property Management. Her experience and wealth of knowledge have seen her build a successful small agency focusing on amazing customer service.
Elise had her daughter Stella in 2019 and continued to work in the business because she lives and breathes Real Estate.
MITCHELL (Property Manager) –
Mitch joined Peak Property Investments at the start of 2020 and came with a background in Retail Management. He had been a manager for 5 years for a large jewellery store and wanted a career change. Having never worked in Real Estate before Mitch started as an Assistant but quickly progressed to a Property Manager and now manages our larger portfolio.
Mitch loves all things fantasy and pop culture specifically, Dungeons and Dragons.
ALLANAH (Property Manager) –
Lana joined the Peak team in the later part of 2022 after coming off maternity leave. Lana has been in the Real Estate industry for 10 years and has been a Property Manager since 2014 and brings a wealth of knowledge and customer service with her.
Lana has Bengal cats and enjoys spending time with her family.
GEMMA (Accounts) –
Gemma joined Peak Property Investments as a Trust Accounts/General Administrator in 2018 and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the trust account and paying accounts. Gemma works on a part-time basis as she has a large family which keeps her busy.
She enjoys reading and powerlifting.
